Nicola's cakes are amazing. She made our wedding cake and there was nothing left at all... I didn't get a chance to have any myself. Most people were going for seconds (or thirds). Really high quality and really enjoyed working with her to help see our vision.

A very late review as married in April! Nicola was the best! Through out the whole process. I knew i wanted her to do my cake from seeing her fab pictures. She made everything easy and accommodated any changes I made. I was lucky enough to meet her on the day and the cake was not only beautiful but tasted so good!!! Nicola has a gift and such a lovley person as well. Can't recommend enough!

Nicola made our wedding cake and honestly it was the most beautiful cake I have ever seen. She was so helpful throughout the whole process and has such a passion for her beautiful cakes. Nicola made my wedding cake, it was beautiful and delicious. I told her my ideas for what I wanted and approx. how many people would be attending. She gave me ideas in return and was able to match our colour scheme and the flowers in my bouquet and table center pieces to the flowers on our cake. We picked different flavours for each layer and each one was as delicious as the one before. Nicola is truly amazing at her job. If you are considering hiring her just go ahead and do it. She will create the most amazing cake for you!
