It has been a lifelong dream to run my own business creating dream cakes for those special moments. I have been in the industry since 2012 where I have trained other cake makers, run a national cake shop and designed countless specialty cakes.I hope you enjoy my cakes where “Your personalised cake is my dream.” Made to order, baby shower cakes and cupcakes. Google search works again needed to find a proper cake shop for a important celebration and Google did just that, The Cake Dream came up in the search. After visiting the shop and speaking to the manager The Cake Dream delivered an out standing cake, one that just didn't look good but also tasted very nice too. Value for money on the cake most definitely however I also purchased a helium balloon which I thought was a little expensive for what it was. But its all about the Cake and I would very much recommend trying The Cake Dream for yourself. I will be definitely going back again soon. What's also great about this company is that they have a shop! Yes a shop where you can go and visit and see for yourself their portfolio of cakes and see for yourself cakes in the shop. My husband ordered a vegan, gluten free cake as a surprise for my son. I was not aware he was doing it, as we have not had good experience of those who have touted 'vegan and gluten' cakes in the past. However, I and my whole family (aunties, uncles and grandparents) were absolutely blown away with this beautifully presented cake. The decoration, taste and texture was superb. It was moist and there was more than ample cream and icing not to mention a generous size. My son, who just turned 16, was so happy with the cake, he ate almost all of it - he is not a cake lover, so this was an official stamp of approval. This is now our 'go to' place for family and non-vegan friends and for all occasions. Absolutely wonderful!

I looked at all the local cake shops, and so glad I chose the cake dream. I went in not sure which cake to order and ordered 2. One was for my 50th and one for my 12 year old daughter. One Victoria and one chocolate. They were both so tasty and looked fabulous. Have since been back for a couple of gorgeous cake slices. Thank you cake of dream. Will be back soon.

I visited this shop for the first time after deciding to buy a cake fairly last minute. I found that not only are there always cakes available but that I could have a cake made and decorated for me to collect the next day, which i did. What we got was a delicious chocolate sponge beautifully decorated with fresh strawberries and Ferrero chocolates. The cake was admired by all and more importantly loved for its taste and moistness. Will definitely use here again.
