Angelina Setting Cruz4 StarI had fish and chips with local friends who brought me to the Brown Room to buy take away. The first time was in 2018. The latest time was this time, in June this year. The batter is crispy and tasty. The chips are very good and the fish is enormous! The portions are humongous in my point of view. 😁 When you are craving some fish and chips I would definitely recommend the Brown Room!Tuesday 27th June 2023

The lady who works there always takes time to have a joke with us and a bit if friendly banter.. simply fabulous food and service.. the owners lovely aswell. laura hartley1 StarI originally gave the brown room a 5 star review. But after my last visit it is now a 1 star review as the food was terrible. And to make it worse they were that oily that when I was holding the food in the car the fat dripped out of the paper and has ruined my clothes. Won't be visiting againWednesday 23rd August 2023

And boy did it feed us. The lad who served us knew wat we meant when we said 2 fish suppers. He gave us extra potions of fish and it was lovely... one of best fish suppers ever.Saturday 5th August 2023
