The first session sorted my shoulder much more than expected, be prepared to be bent and stretched a little(or a lot!) but it did the trick. Lyn Penkey5 StarJo is very caring, and highly trained and experienced in treating scoliosis. Her ongoing specific treatments and exercises for my late- onset symptoms, mean that I have come from being in a lot of pain, with curtailment of activities such as rambling and gardening, to now walking for 90 minute stretches, pulling weeds, and light housework. Having struggled intermittently for years the problem flared up badly a few months ago with severe pain, paresthesia and a real worry that surgery might be needed.
