Superb stay, very polite staff and great breakfast. Ordered items not on the menu and it was not a problem for them to make it. Exceptionally nice room with a comfy bed and a view of the cathedral in the distance. Short walk from the centre of town and a nice quiet road. Staff advised where I could get free parking on arrival which was nice of them. Had an amazing honey cake slice as a side for breakfast which went down a treat. And due to the weather breakfast outside in a very lovely garden. Definitely coming back in the future.

Second time staying here for work trips, this time tucked up in the attic. Well placed for cycling out of the city on the nearby paths, and for station. The self check in system is well thought out, I liked the postcard with directions to the room. The room was compact but well laid out. The bathroom had a proper bath squeezed in! The cafetière and proper coffee much appreciated, as was the fridge, great for keeping packed lunches fresh. There’s also a microwave and plates left in the dining room so you can have a takeaway/ready meal for dinner, a great touch. I did manage to set off the alarm while having a bath (think there was a leak from the overflow) but the manager came quickly to turn it off . Nice breakfast too

We stayed here for a week, and it was really lovely. The room was just big enough and felt really cozy. The breakfast was good as well and we loved sitting outside in the garden to eat. The staff was really nice and helpful. The whole look definitely fitted into the canterbury-aesthetic.

I was impressed with the amount of information in the folders in the room. Really good on local places services transport services a short walk from Canterbury West. The breakfast options are very good my partner and I really liked our room clean and fresh. I would recommend to everyone The staff are friendly but quite busy quite good though. I'd suggest trying it.

Just about average. We stayed here for two nights, however if we could have left after one, we'd have happily gone. No hot water for a shower on our first morning, the hair dryer kept overheating and tripping out, then the fan went out with a bang on the morning we were leaving. No one offered us a cooked breakfast on our first day, however the cornflakes were easy to eat as they were stale! Zero housekeeping while we were there, thankfully we brought our own loo roll! All in all, grim. However canterbury is a lovely spot!
