Good showroom layout and clear advice meant product selection was easy at the Kings Lynn location. Pricing was not particularly clear and an item was missed off/ incorrect, but the BathCo PM sorted this out. Fitting date was moved a couple of times and duration of fitting extended but was still reasonable as total time was just over a week. The fitter made good design suggestions and was visited multiple times by the BathCo project manager who ensured quality was maintained and dealt with my questions and concerns (he actually pointed out an issue I wouldn't have noticed and got the fitter to rectify). The end result is very good and of a high standard. We have used BathCo for 2 bathrooms so far and are likely to return for another - it is much better than coordinating multiple tradesmen (plumbing, tiling and electrics). I recommend BathCo and suggest only that pricing should be clearer and checked and start dates should be more certain.

Just had to let you know that after two negative attitudes at competitors what a pleasure it was to come into a well laid out show room with almost every thing on display and get the very best attention from Phillipa who was very helpful, with good product knowledge and helpful suggestions on how we could improve our bathroom design. Nothing was to much trouble for her and needless to say we came away with the bathroom we had been looking for at a very reasonable price. Thank you Phillipa and the Bath Co.

I bought all my bathrooms for my new build from this company..there was an issue with my bath they remedied it immediately. Staff service was excellent. The quality of some shower fittings I had was quite bad and broke but everything else was perfect quality. I'd use them again

Bath Co did a lovely job on our bathroom despite the fact that our house has no straight walls or right angles in it so not an easy job, highly recommend them!
