I was brought a £100 voucher last October for my birthday, unfortunately I had Covid so couldn't make use of it straight away, it went in the draw and I completely forgot about it, a year has passed and it's my birthday again which reminded me of my previous year gift. I check the voucher and it has only 6months date on it. I called and explained my situation but there was nothing they could do. So they have kept the £100 and I have not received a service. Although I understand there is an expiry date and is down to me, I would have thought being a small local business you could have made an exception considering it was for the sum of £100. Very disappointed and I will not be visiting the barn again.

Good morning! Thank you to Bryony for a wonderful Gaiajogi (hope correct spelling) facial yesterday, so relaxing 😌 and the benefits are amazing, my skin feels so good, also enjoyed our chat about everything! Enjoyed my second copper bath experience, divine to indulge in warm water using gorgeous scented body products, on such a grey day it lifted one's spirits. Won't go anywhere else. I live in Bristol & The Barn is well worth the drive. Staff so welcoming & friendly. Massage is AMAZING. Best I have ever had. Decor , location & building beautifull. Just what you want for a much needed pamper. Highly recommend. Massive range of treatments.

I visited the Barn whilst on holiday in Somerset in September, and I will definitely be returning!! All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming, the treatments were by far the best I’ve experienced and the Barn itself is just beautiful. I cannot rate it highly enough, and will be making a two hour journey purely to return back here.
