Nathan Wood2 StarUsually I'm on very good terms with the staff but since the rebrand and the new staff it has gotten multitudes worse. I went at 12am last Saturday (not unreasonable for a store that claims 24/7 service) and it was an embarrassment. They wouldn't open the doors and they made me shout what I need through the window, no communication skills whatsoever, they had no clue what I was asking for. Very frustrating, either don't be open 24 hours or at least let your customers get what they want themselves. It was freezing, heavy winds and I was stood there about half an hour. If I find out things have changed, I'll consider updating my review.Tuesday 30th November 2021
