There’s a woman that works in the shop that is so incredibly rude. She throws items down after scanning them. She needs to be told to sort herself out.

Cheap petrol good service apart from oldish lady if you ask her for a bag she will chuck it on counter even when cue is waiting where as other staff happily will put items in bag while I pay she really needs to get with modern service especially with a big costcutters straight across road with excellent service...

Costa coffee machine is always dirty with dirty spoons laying around. Today i went in to get a coffee, there were two cashiers (females) at the desk as there were 0 large cups at the coffee machine i asked them to get the big ones, they said “how far they had to go” and didnt move until a guy arrived approx 3 min later. He got the cups and filled the machine. This is my second time i get coffee from there and its undrinkable it tastes like water with milk. I left the coffee on the fuel pump . My main issue is that its very dirty and always has been I recommend staff to clean up more often. The guy didnt even remove the dirty spoons and cup lids from the machine when put the cups in.
