Anita A Scott1 StarTesco 89 High Street Somersham has disappointed me today after 3 years of shopping with them each week. I bought some shopping paid on the touchpad with my card and they refuse to give me the groceries. I even went home to get my phone to show them that the money had been taken from my card they still refused to give me the groceries saying the cashier has void the transaction. After complaining I was threatened with a ban from the store. I am so disappointed in tescos customers service it’s the groceries or my money back. Money refunded within the hour RESULT but no apology.Wednesday 4th April 2018
