Teresa has been teaching my Y13, 17 year old daughter, Mandarin for about 3 years since she was in Year 10. Last summer, she sat the GCSE Level Mandarin examination and was awarded a grade 9 with distinction. This is in part due to the excellent quality and care of teaching delivered by Teresa and her ability to inspire and encourage her students to achieve their very best. Her classes are fun, lively, and informative, and delivered at the correct pace to keep her students engaged and enthusiastic about her subject and eager to learn. The teaching materials she uses are creative, using music, art, culture and age-related topics of interest to aid authentic real-life scenario and everyday communication, while also making sure to thoroughly cover the syllabus. I have no hesitation in recommending Teresa and cannot rate her services highly enough.
