JAM PACKED3 StarUnable to supply aerial on roof as poor weather and not safe, which was absolutely fair enough. However, he promised to send us a quotation for free sat instead. Sadly heard absolutely nothing. We have been using this company for years and loved their great customer service, had a different man this time, so maybe that was why.
