Michael Henry1 StarThe way they speak to customers and potential business customers is disturbing. Their response to a question around their ISO certificate was extremely rude and shows they are not interested in working with customers. 1st and definitely the last interaction I will have with them.

I have not mentioned the method of rude communication as being an email which leads me to believe that the MD was fully aware of what situation I speak of before typing the response.
Just for clarity and context for the publics eye, so as to not be misled by the disingenuous response. this email he is "going to personally investigate" was sent by the MD Lee himself. No need to investigate further as we have struck the company off our books for future supply and found an alternative supplier. Thanks.Thursday 30th September 2021
