Tamburino’s first restaurant was opened in Yeovil on the 27th February 2005 bringing the town a true taste of Italy with our wonderful traditional cuisine and vibrant atmosphere.
Owner Domenico Taravella is from Sicily, where passion runs deep. No more so than the passion for food and hospitality. In fact, Domenico began his restaurant career at the tender age of 14 – not surprising, because as he says, “Food and drink are part of the culture of my country. We embrace them at a very young age!”

B smith1 StarDisappointed because I used to like their food. I arrived on time and they said my food wasn't quite ready, so I waited. This made me think that it was really fresh, but it was completely cold when I opened the box. There are also 2 pieces of my pizza that are clearly different sizes to the rest, I looked underneath and you can obviously see that someone has pinched the edge of these slices to make it look like they're a part of the rest of the pizza. I don't even want to eat it because I feel like I've been given someone's leftovers. Wish I could get a refund.Friday 10th June 2022
