The women who work here are always friendly and helpful without being pushy. I have never had any issues buying anything from here and the prices are very reasonable, they always have excellent offers.Wednesday 19th May 2021

T LR1 StarAbsolutely disgusting customer services! I was asked by my son, who was at work and does not drive, if I could get some gifts for him to give someone for their birthday. I shop here regularly and really like the products, so made a special journey to get something off my son and myself. I needed to take photos to send to my son, so that he could choose. After approximately 5 minutes in the shop and while I was waiting for his decision and still choosing myself, a member of staff loudly told me that I was not allowed to take Photos! I explained why I was taking them and was told it didn't matter it was the policy that no photos where allowed. I was not shown anywhere in the store or on the windows or doors of any notice stating this policy. I told her OK then I will take my business elsewhere. She walked away from me and I told her they'd just missed out on a £50 Sale! Obviously she didn't care has she ignored me. I did take my business to The Body Shop and the lady there had no problem with me taking photos and was extremely helpful and polite. I consequently spent £56. I have, previously, spent lots of my money in Talke Scents, however I shall NOT ever shop there again! I shall also be making a formal complaint to the manager!Wednesday 4th October 2017
