From the moment I contacted TM car sales to the end the experience was fantastic I work for a main dealer but wanted to try a different brand. I contacted Jon who had the perfect car for me, Jon talked me round the car before viewing and it was exactly as discribed , there was absolutely no pressure at all it was refreshingly easily. The car was perfect and prepared and handed over like it was a new vehicle and not a quality used vehicle. I cannot give enough praise I will be back to look for a vehicle for my daughter if she ever passes her test. Well done not only to Jon but to the team that work to prepare the vehicles

After having a nightmare when looking to buy a Kia Sorento from a local garage, I saw one at TM Car Sales in Coventry which looked perfect, we travelled to go and see it but John said he already had someone coming to look at it in a few hours and told us it would be unfair to those that had made the appointment. He took our number and said he would get back to us if they decided to buy it or not. We hung around the city centre and were about yo return home when we got a phone call from John saying it was still available. Took it for a test drive and it was a smooth ride and exactly what I was looking for. John was great from the start, and my car was delivered 2 days later at the appointment time. Brilliant customer service
