Awful service, possibly the worst company Ive had the misfortune to deal with, for some reason Royal Mail kept on losing our order ????? over 3 months of waiting & the constant promise from the seller that this would all be rectified. Most definitely will not be recommending this company to friends and family. Ordered plant plugs from another company , received all plants that were beautiful within 3 days. That's how it should be. Had to put one star as couldn't put zero.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. This seller is a complete scam. If I could give a negative rating then I would. I ordered some plug plants, but they sent the wrong plants and are now refusing to refund me. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I am surprised this company is still in business. I have contacted trading standards who will hopefully close them down.

I ordered some plants but canceled the order. Talking to the owner and getting information was like getting blood from a stone. I used PayPal to pay for the plants, so I ended up asking for my money back through them (and I did). After a month. Avoid like the plague.

Substandard plants and poor service. Complaining is a waste of time. Stay well clear of this nursery in my opinion.
