Having worked closely alongside Ben and the team at Swanky on a joint client project (a website upgrade from Magento to Shopify) I was super impressed with how smooth it all was. We had weekly catch ups throughout the process meaning everyone was on the same page, they were receptive to feedback, they were quick to respond to to queries and the whole project felt like a breeze - one of the smoothest of its kind we've been involved with. Swanky clearly know the Shopify platform inside out and I was particularly impressed with Ben's on-the-spot knowledge - definitely something that boosts confidence all round. Outstanding technical ability, communication levels, and can-do attitude towards our very bespoke shopify checkout customisation. The team are friendly, responsive, and kept to the deadline on the dot, despite our project being a relatively small one when compared to the range of more full-spectrum projects they may have on the go at any one time. Would 100% use them again for anything we need when building our online store.
