K T5 StarI had a HomeBuyer's survey done for a flat at a very reasonable cost. The report was returned promptly and was comprehensive and clearly understandable about both the inside and outside of the flat and the environs of the apartment building.
Alex the surveyor was also very helpful, explaining exactly what he was doing and answered all my questions.

These were necessarily technical but also understandable for me to read and weigh up any risks I might be taking when buying. Glen J5 StarI had a full building survey undertaken to support a house purchase. The report was both comprehensive and very detailed.
It was set out in a lay person friendly format, but had a good level of technical detail.
The content of the report enabled me to negotiate a price reduction which would otherwise not have been possible.
