Callum was great he gave us a great price and great knowledge. Delivery team were great. The mattress protector was not big enough due to depth of mattress but Callum got us a different one which was nice.

I visited the Caterham branch to choose nd buy a new mattress of medium firmness for my bed. I tried out a couple of brands and decided on the Citrine brand. I also purchased a mattress protector. Omar, the bed specialist who handled my purchases , was very helpful and offered me a free cup of coffee which I accepted, and put together a personal booklet for the receipt and terms and conditions. There was even time for a little chat together. All in all a very pleasant ambience and experience and I shall be recommending Sussex Beds to friends and family. Thanks to Omar for his help and time and such a pleasant experience.

Overall the mattress is good. I do have a little concern in that it is dipping in the middle already. From purchasing to delivery was perfect. It is a lot higher than my last mattress which is a challenge to sit on the edge ☺️

My new mattress is wonderfully comfortable! Being able to try it in the showroom and then having a 30 trial period gave me great confidence. The delivery men were superb.
