Brilliant Customer Service received at the Canterbury Store! The salesman (i think his name was Chris Mortimer) was beyond helpful and went out of his way to answer every question and concern we had. We had a few specific requirements for a family member but nothing was too much trouble and the purchase couldn't have gone any smoother from ordering to delivery. If only all salesmen were that good. Would definitely recommend this company and won't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Super helpful and friendly sales guy. Sorry I can't remember his name, but he helped us with the making the best purchase without being at all pushy, and made all the payment and delivery options clear. Delivery team was very friendly and helpful. They got my quite large mattress up my narrow set of stairs and gave me all the information I needed about best caring for my mattress and the returns policy if I wasn't happy.

Extremely helpful courteous staff - shout out in particular to Emma who was an absolute pleasure to deal with and kept us in the loop when there were delays in receiving the wood bed frame from the manufacturer. She communicated regularly and offered alternative options. The bed frame is well made and excellent quality. Would buy from this store again.

We were unfortunately caught out when the headboard we ordered turned to be unavailable in the fabric we'd chosen, resulting in a delay of several weeks. As a goodwill gesture, Sussex Beds provided us with a choice of more expensive fabrics, marked down to the same price as our original choice. This was much appreciated and we're very happy with the look of our headboard.
