susannahdesign is the name of my interior design consultancy.

I have more than 12 years experience as an interior designer, with numerous successful projects in my portfolio. For the past 4 years, I have worked independently, previously having spent 8 years working in interior design on the high street.

I have an art-based degree and supplementary interior design training acquired at college.  

Based in ‘The Summer House Studio’ in Hertford, I specialise in the domestic market. I offer a bespoke service to complement your budget and vision – be it contemporary or classic.

I have a comprehensive, inspiring and up-to-date library of sampling, including Sanderson, Osborne and Little, Mulberry, GPJ Baker, Jab, Romo, Zinc, Villa Nova, Cole and Son and Harlequin. 

I have built strong links with lighting, flooring and soft furnishing specialists. I also work closely with cabinet makers, bespoke furniture producers, decorators, curtain makers and upholsterers.   

The majority of my design work has been referred to me on recommendation. I offer reliability, cost-effectiveness and high quality.
