I find it difficult to believe any of the positive reviews about this company. It took them nearly 9 months to complete my conveyance, which was at the start relatively simple. Their communication was poor and in the end I had to continually use the estate agents and a senior member of the business to get information and progress. The constant excuse of Covid 19 was unbelievable (considering that their work is administrative and can be done from home via a computer link like most of us have done). A waste of time complaining to a senior partner as they know they have you. In all the moves I have made over the years this company is by far the worst. Thankfully I don't intend to move again. But God forbid not only would I not this bunch of incompetent amateur's but I would do it myself. An absolute shower.
