I visited the store in Carlisle yesterday and used the 'queue ' system which I found really helpful. There was only one member of staff working in the whole store (Gemma I think her name was) and she was amazing. Not only did I get the best haircut I've had in years, but she was so friendly and patient even though she also had to answer the phone, see to 'walk-ins' and generally do everything, the whole time with a lovely manner. I will definitely return and recommend to others. Please pass on my thanks to the lovely Gemma, she is a credit to your business.

Jemma is always attentive and provides an excellent service. However, she is currently undertaking a number of administrative tasks such as answering the phone and adding people to the online queue whilst in the middle of undertaking a haircut. This is not appropriate for Jemma and also for the client who is paying for the service.
