Really poor quality food. We ordered the flamin hot nachoes and the crisps was burnt and there was a small amount of cheese and sauce plonked in the middle, we also got the hash browns which tasted stale and was cold along with a ham sandwich with hearty Italian bread which was also stale and very dry with hardly any filling.

Hardly any filling in the subs when I commented I was offered more bbq sauce. Not a great first impression. 3 members of staff standing behind counter one serving. The tables were all empty all clear but were covered in crumbs and were dirty.

Female staff member - terribly rude. Tight on fillings always seems so slap dash, compared to EVERY other subway iv had before these are the ‘WISH’ version of a subway for sure - GO TO THE GARAGE IN QUEDGELEY SO MUCH NICER AND SO ARE THE STAFF!

Our last two orders were terrible. The food was stale one of our items even had mold on it. Not sure what’s going on because the standards have fallen.

Does the job but recent price rises have made Subway just that bit less affordable. The fact that some of the app offers didn't work in store, so some expected discounts weren't available at the till didn't help the experience, for all that the staff did their jobs perfectly well. Don't go here expecting a welcome wagon and frills though.
