Called into look at having new carpets in our bedrooms and hallway & linoleum for our ensuite. Very helpful and friendly with excellent advice. As a result we've ordered 2 bedroom carpets and one for the hallway & lino for the ensuite. Very good price and would highly recommend!👍

We originally went to Wyre carpets, big mistake!! They were absolutely rubbish! We the found this company, and it was like a breath of fresh air from the beginning to the end. They were professional, and reliable. The fitters did a great job. Where ever you get your carpets try these first. BUT STEER CLEAR IF WYRE CARPETS HAMBLETON WHAT EVER YOU DO.

The single most useless, disorganized and unhelpful company ive ever dealt with. No call backs as promised, no teamwork or communication between members of staff, if one is unavailable (often the case). no recollection or details of customers choice when picked - constantly told repeatedly just "pop in again, as we dont know". have tried thoroughly on two separate occasions with same treatment, a shambolic disgrace of a firm. No customer service skills, knowledge of products and a complete "we cant be arsed" approach. so devoid of enthusiasm and professionalism its gob smacking...im embarrassed for them.some firms try to please, promote business and go the extra step..
