Since moving to Stowmarket, we have purchassed 2 bathrooms and items for a cloakroom from them whilst renovating our house. We recently replaced out kitchen and having gone to a certain kitchen manufacturer named after a bird, whose high pressure sales tactics and general dis-interest from the salesman made us vow never to trouble them again, we sopke to Stowmarket Kitchens and Bathorroms. Sean was really helpful as he always had been and took time with us to produce a plan and discuss options with us. The quote came to a similar price of the other company and having previously bought and fitted a kitchen from them, I believe the quality was comparable. The items were delivered as promised and having not worked with composite worktops before, Sean was forthcoming with any advice we needed. A great company to deal with, my money goes to a local business and I know we will get great aftersales service from them too.

A couple of years ago my toilet flush valve went. Being strapped for cash I decided to take on the job of fixing it myself. I took a video clip and some photos of the problem and popped in to see if they could help. The guy at the trade counter got me all the parts I'd need and talked me through the whole thing step by step. No patronising, no sexism, just 100% excellent customer service and professional assistance. Today my washing machine sprung a leak from the connecting pipes. Once again, armed with video clip and photos I popped in to see if they would help. Again, he got me exactly what I'd need, advised me of the best way to get it done and sent me on my way, confident I could do it. Of course I did and I saved myself a lot of money by doing it myself. I can't fault the guy in there. He's very friendly, super helpful and as a woman, it's always nice to be treated as a capable person and not to be asked why my husband or dad aren't doing it for me.

Having used this company at previous house, had them fit a bathroom at new house, regretting it now! Currently awaiting fitting of 3rd shower tray after it lifted from the floor. Been waiting almost a year for this. They blame everyone else manufacturer, supplier and now fitter. We had a fitting date in October but they had forgotten to order the new tray! They do not seem to value their long standing customers at all and have absolutely no after sales customer care, even for elderly and disabled, as I am. Try somewhere else is my recommendation!

Needed a Loo seat for our bathroom. Had ordered three online but they weren't the right shape. Walked in after spotting the store during a car service and mentioned the name of our house and that we had struggled to find the right fit. One of the team remembered the name and knew the exact toilet as the developer had used them for all the bathrooms fittings. They ordered the right seat and it fits perfectly. Well remembered! Great service. Friendly bunch of peope. Thank you!
