Customers can access our Mercers Row site 5am - Midnight, 7 days a week. Our Mercers Row site in Central Cambridge site is extremely well located just off Newmarket Road. Ideal for local businesses and residential customers looking for additional secure storage and for student storage during the academic year or over the holidays. Friendly, helpful and safe storage. Knowing I had 24x7 access was reassuring - no needing to rush in before closing.Costs were clearly laid out up front, staff were friendly and helpful, and my cancellation and final payment were also dealt with simply and quickly. I used a half container and had an excellent experience. I appreciated the 24 hour access with good lighting. The storage space was very clean when I took over it. The staff were friendly and helpful. I rented a small storage unit (which was very spacious) here for a few months. The staff were extremely helpful in setting everything up and answering my questions, always responding to emails very quickly. When I retrieved my things I only had to give two weeks notice and was even refunded one day's rent which I had overpaid. Really thorough and pleasant service.
