Received a quote and approved it, placed the order giving at 25% deposit, arranged all the logistics around Stone Synergy's timescales, cancelled joiners, arranged plumbers, paid deposits elsewhere, only to be called back and say the messed up the quote and have missed a large section of it off. Despite that section actually being included on the quote. This is terrible. No offer to reduce the cost to accommodate the other worktop, no offer to support just 'sorry, that's it nothing can be done.' I WOULD CATEGORICALLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
