I first used this hair salon in the 28/1/22, I had a very friendly welcome. I specifically booked with Glenda as she has been recommended for curly hair cuts. I found Glenda to be very knowledgeable, honest and with a wide areas of expertise. I didn’t want to review immediately as I wanted to see how the cut lasted. I am very pleased with the cut and shall be visiting very soon.

I was really pleased with my experience with Glenda at Stone - I'd been looking for a specialist curly hair stylist for a while without having to travel into London. She understood perfectly my mixed hair texture and curl pattern without trying to shoe-horn it into something it wasn't and cut in my new fringe, gave it better shape. A month or so after I'm really pleased with out it settled in and will definitely be going back again.

I saw Zoe today for cut and finish. She was absolutely lovely and made me feel very comfortable. I love my haircut, she did a fantastic job. I will definitely see her again and would recommend her to all my friends!

I went through Chemotherapy last year and it meant I lost all my hair, they did mention my hair might come back curly but no one could prepare me for how curly it would return! I had no knowledge of how to handle curly hair and it was getting out of hand. I had an awful experience at another hairdressers which made me really scared to try another one, then I came across Stone Hairdressing who said online they specialised in curly hair. I sent them an email for advice and they were so friendly with there reply. They told me Glenda was the curly hair specialist and that I could book a free consultation if I wanted. I decided to go for it and book an appointment for a cut. A bit nervous I attended, Glenda put me at ease right away and she was very friendly. She listened to me about what I wanted which was refreshing as well as giving me advice on what might or might not look nice. After a discussion and a look at some styles I decided on the one I wanted and Glenda did an amazing job. I honestly couldn’t be happier with my new hair cut, being someone who is used to short hair it was perfect. I will most definitely be returning and I highly recommend Glenda if you have curly hair.
