This company thinks it is ok to block an entire road to deliver their oil. Their van was parked smack bang in the middle of the road. The driver took his time and said nothing to drivers in the growing queue of traffic. Disgusting behaviour!!!

Having just moved into a house where the heating runs off oil, I panicked when it ran out and had to spend a night in a freezing cold house! Stevenage Oil were brilliant; from Ian taking my call super early, to the accounts team taking my order, to coming the SAME DAY to fill the tank. Two hours later and I’m now in a warm house and I am so grateful. Thank you ❤️

Extremely poor customer service.Rang on Friday to find out more how this company operates it's payment syndicate so I could relay the relevant information to my neighbours.Told to phone back this morning.Spoke to Ian whose manner was very abrupt to start with. I asked a simple question as to how Stevenage Oil ran their payment syndicate in order to get more details as there are none on the company's website.A simple enough request. Ian was incredibly rude in both tone and manner. He ignored my actual question and started lecturing me on what a syndicate is ! If that is how Stevenage Oil operates in such a competitive market, they are most unwise.

Such a great company, urgently needed oil and the lovely man I spoke to said he would try get it to me this afternoon but it was more likely to be tomorrow morning. I get home to find they had been and delivered it today. Great service again from a fabulous team.
