Washing machine repairs in Gloucester and Cheltenham since 1974 Open monday to friday 9-5 and SATURDAY 9-2 STEPHENS ELECTRICS have been in Gloucester since 1974, and was started by Stan Davis, his son being the Stephen. in 1988 Rob and Neil Fletcher took over the business in wellington street Gloucester. Neil retired in 2000, and Rob is still running the business today. The business started in Barton street and moved to Wellington st in the 80s. It also has a workshop in Cheltenham.not open to the public We supply spares and fix washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, cookers, fridges and vacuum cleaners in the Gloucester and Cheltenham area. We have reconditioned appliances for sale starting at £85 and new appliances too. Rob was really responsive, and helpful. My dishwasher sadly could not be saved, but Rob helped me find a new one and took my old one away. Beyond kind, and so helpful. I would highly recommend Stephens Electrics. Previously they have mended a washing machine and an oven. Both times, brilliant, timely, and effective service. Thank you!

Late and unfriendly. The engineer turned up at 4pm for a slot booked between 1pm-3pm, he did not acknowledge being late in anyway. The engineer spent all of 3 minutes in my house before promptly leaving and later sending a quote to return and make the repair. I decided not to go forward with the repair as I was not happy with the service already, and told the engineer that I thought paying the full callout price was unreasonable as he was late and carried out a limited diagnosis. Before agreeing on a half price compromise, the engineer made personal and presumptive remarks about my intentions and my business, and he also threatened to pass my details on to a debt collector. Really poor and rude customer service, I’m sure they can do better but I certainly won’t be returning to find out!
