Having major problems with Domestic and General and now this company regarding communication. Sent an engineer out yesterday to our non working fridge turns out he was not qualified for gas in the fridge only electrics… had no idea what the actual fault was 😱 muppets! got call today from Ellisons at 11th hour stating engineer booked for 24th with no time given and can’t ring them back (obviously they think other people don’t work and stay at home all day) I call it poor communication and bad practiceWednesday 23rd November 2022
