Matt was very prompt to respond to any queries by email, and down to earth, friendly and helpful over the phone.
The survey was very comprehensive and picked up some issues which showed that the survey had been very thorough. He revisited the property for further checks as access to the loft was not possible the first time, and has been very happy to follow up with advice and guidance.

The report was comprehensive and as well as being friendly, responsive and efficient throughout, Matt was super helpful in a phone conversation around one of the points raised by the survey.
