Couldn't recommend Steaming Sam more! Dean was very helpful and flexible with booking and Connor was very professional on the day. Stains and dog hair were all gone. The house smelled amazing and all carpets and rugs looked brand new. Thank you!

Firstly I’d like to say what an amazing job Steaming Sam have done, our carpet looks as good as new. Before booking, I didn’t think our carpet needed cleaning but my wife did. She got her way as usual but I’m so glad she did. When I got home from work following, Ryan from Steaming Sams visit, it looked like we had a brand new carpet. Considering I didn’t think we needed the carpet cleaning, the transformation was unbelievable! The process of booking was simple and customer friendly. Dean who arranged the appointment for us listened to our needs and explained the carpet cleaning procedure professionally and new exactly what to do. We have 2 cats, one of which is a house cat and Dean fully understood the concerns we had with regards to our pets. We had a time confirmed for the day and Ryan called half and hour before to say he was on his way. Superb customer service. We will definitely be using Steaming Sam again and can highly recommend the company. It was a pleasure to deal with such a polite and professional company. Booking tradesmen can sometimes be a minefield but Steaming Sam we’re absolutely amazing.
