I was there at the same time as Mati getting my hair cut and I don’t believe this to be a fair review of Station Barbers. I have been visiting here for many years and the hair brushes are always clean and disinfected with Barbicide. Furthermore, the staff are always polite and talkative making the experience as positive as it can be making customer service far better than “casual - Henry

Polite ladies and efficienct, sensitive service. Recommended. Reasonable charge and accommodation of what the customer wants. Sadly the latter has become a rare commodity. Station Barbers is a top business (Park at Waitrose!).

Worst experience I’ve ever had, if you have textured hair. DO NOT GO HERE! I had two hairbrushes forced through my hair, the second brush jilted my head back hard as she tried to loosen the brush in the process causally ripping a a fairly significant amount of hair out my head and disgarded it on the floor. Very embarrassing experience. The hair brushes were dirty and had loads of blond hair in them. 🤮 she then ran out to get her personal “very cheap” 😭😅😭 hair oil from the back of her car that she uses for her niece “who has the most horrific hair” 😬😳👀 There is definitely a reason why these guys don’t take bookings. They probably won’t get any. Will never return. My hair feels and looks more damaged before I went in. Insulted me and her Other customer multiple times. Over all very very uncomfortable experience. Awkward staff. Unhygienic working space. Very very casual approach to customer service. Untrained and over opinionated. maybe reopen as a cafe??
