Hilary Jenkins-Spangler5 StarMy mum was in her last week of life when I put in an late night online request to State Care Solutions for live in help. The following morning Joe replied -I was impressed by the speed of his response and how quickly he was able to line up care for my mum. He was professional, kind, compassionate and efficient. We met at our house two days later. Care was lined up for the following day, but unfortunately my mum passed away much sooner than was expected.
I have every confidence the carer they had lined up for us would have looked after my mum well. The live-in cost was slight less than a care home in our area, (but allowed my mum to stay in her own home.) It was a difficult time for our family my only regret is we didn't contact them sooner.Monday 23rd January 2023
C Jenkins5 StarMy family and I would like to thank SCS for their prompt and professional service to arrange live-in care for our elderly mother. She was frail and in need of continuous help. Sadly, her condition deteriorated quickly and she passed away hours before care was due to start. In upsetting circumstances, SCS were understanding and compassionate, for which we are very grateful.Friday 13th January 2023
