I received my child's picture and I was in shock. My heart was shattered when I opened that picture of my child and saw how emotionally vulnerable she looked. They have only started nursery and are 3 years old. This is their business but they have no right to upset a child who clearly didn't want to take their picture. I genuinely don't understand how they could have pointed that camera at my child's face. This shows that they are very, very unprofessional. Also, I really don't understand how, they as a company, could even send me that photo and expect for me to place an order is bizzare. I emailed them expecting any sort of response and I received a short email saying that it has been passed to the managing director. There has been no response in over 2 and a half weeks. I couldn't possibly upload the photo for everyone to see.

This is my daughters first year at the Nursery year of the school, the photo is awful. My daughters previous photos from old nursery were all beautiful. My daughter loves having her photo taken. whoever took this has no talent for the job and no pride in their work. Such a shame her first photos in uniform are these monstrosities.

I’m honestly astounded at the appalling customer service I have received from this company. My children’s school photos were taken a month ago and the last 3 weeks have been spent with me emailing and calling trying to locate them. The secretary has been so rude and after being told that the photographer has looked through them all, I’ve now been told they have lost them. The school and my children are adamant they were taken but I have nothing. These are their first school photos and the only resolution I have been offered is that they’ll come back at the end of the academic year to do them. Not good enough. After speaking to the managing director today I got no further. Other than he asked me to remove my comment about the loss of personal data despite my receiving this from them via email: “ Yes, I'm afraid after looking through all the images we have all the images the photographer had we can't find the individual shots of the boys.” They are now stating that they never took the photos despite the school saying they did. What a shame that my children will never have their first school photos to look back on. Thank you Stanley Baker for appalling customer service and for tarnishing what should have been a special experience.

Expensive and dislike they format or taking a pic of a group of 6 kids and then putting it all together to make a class photo. The long photo makes it hard to fit in standard photo albums or school memory books. Also making the kids do silly poses like thumbs up makes the photo look ridiculous. I have no choice but to buy the pic as we still want a class photo but if I had the choice between a normal class photo with the kids in rows all together I would take it. Another company took my other child’s photos at a different school and they look so much better.

This is now 2 years in a row I don’t buy my child’s school photos and that’s because they are awful. The impression I got when I saw the proofs is that whoever did the job was just ticking a box to move to the next one in line. I don’t even understand how this makes any business sense for the company as certainly not selling these photos isn’t your business model!
