Kevin James was our solicitor for selling and buying. We were recommended him as a great local solicitor to Exeter. He was always there at the other end of the phone/emails and would answer any queries straight away. It wasn't the easiest process on both the buying and selling side due to specific issues but Kevin dealt with everything professionally and put pressure on the relevant parties throughout. Thanks Kevin for pushing our house move through so we were in our family home before Christmas and before our 2nd babies due date! :)

Kevin James and his colleague Callum Mathews acted for us during the recent sale of our restaurant business and I was so pleased that they were our solicitors. The process had some challenges (outside of their control) but they were always extremely efficient and professional. They were available whenever needed and replied to any query either immediately or very promptly and were helpful at every stage. I have no hesitation at all in recommending them.
