Robert Cullis5 StarWe rolled up noisily on Friday afternoon at 3pm, with brakes that desperately needed repair and two children in the back obliviously looking forward to a weekend camping and canoeing with friends. We thought the weekend was doomed but Stade Street Garage, seeing the position we were in, were amazing, inspecting the car, ordering the parts and having us back on the road by 6pm. We are not local but we now have a very soft spot for Hythe, where we went to the beach and then ate noodles while we waited. I just want to say such a very very big thank you to you all at the garage. I mentioned to one of my daughters how important honest and caring people and businesses like this are and, although her mind had already switched to ice cream, I know she was very grateful too.Monday 7th September 2020
