I originally went into St Peter’s to service some office equipment and who’d have guessed that soon after that I would need somewhere for my mother. My work had taken me into many such homes both big and small but none compared to St Peters. The staff are all extremely caring and friendly and very focused on their residence. Mum has been there for over 4 years now and very happy. The “lock in” that some of the staff and managers did this year has kept everyone virus free, so thank you (which hardly seems enough) to all at St Peters for your kindness and dedication.

If certain sectors of the company would be more organized I probably would of gave it 3 stars but for that I simply cant because that's the most important thing especially when your new.. roters being change with out warning guidelines not clear on inductions manual handling taking up to a month with people asking you to move people when they know you have not had your training then getting fustrated when you decline due to lack of training theres not much team spirit there its more like a race to who can do more than other person and who's quick to run to a senior when a simple mistake was made which just ends up with even more confusion it's a shame because the lay out of the home is lovely but the core of it's not that good at all hopefully in the years to come the home will improve on these things

When i first went to work there at first glance, beautiful home, lovely day staff. Then you go to nights and they relie on agency and no wonder, the night staff are a bunch of chavs, i mean you have to know your slang to understand what that toothless senior is saying. She calls everyone mate or bruv at probably mid 50s trying to act in her teens? She acts and looks like shes on meth, and the other 2 staff just well dont know what theyre doing. Someone needs to check there qualifications there is a reason theyre on nights so theyre hidden from the public. Enjoy.
