Already did this but Google appears to want to double up... Happy to say this was a very good meeting, under current guidelines, and S&O provided excellent service, in a professional manner, and all my needs were catered for in a professional manner. Also went for a nice walk, around the corner... see pics.

This business has highly capable & experienced engineers, trained for both domestic and industrial systems, who came out immediately in an emergency and did a first class job repairing a gas leak and subsequently fitting new pipes. Amazing service and I thoroughly recommend this business which has been providing this high standard of customer service since 1949!

Came out for a service and within 24 hours they were back again as the boiler has emptied out, refilled and checked over and left again, within several hours we were phoning again as the same issue has happened again and when someone else came it turned out there was an issue which hadn't been picked up on the 2 previous visits. A part was replaced and we were told another part had to be ordered, so they took our boiler manual try and source part needed, stating they would be back in a few days .... They NEVER returned! We contacted them asking for a bill & our manual back so we could go elsewhere & All of these visits have been charged for with an additional mileage charge to try and rectify an issue that should have been picked up on the first visit! And to this current date issue still not sorted , boiler still leaking out the overflow pipe, and this company has still not returned our boiler manual and lied to the gas board that they have!... Awful!
