mick youd2 StarPrices are reasonable but service is terrible. Having chosen the items to buy I went to the till counter where two other customers were waiting but there was no staff at any of the tills. I found a member of staff shuffling clothes on a rail but she said that she could not work the tills but would call for somebody. After waiting several more minutes by which time four more customers joined the que a grumpy member of staff eventually appeared to operate the till. She moaned that a member of staff had gone sick and blamed this on the poor customer service.
I would NOT recommend shopping at the Lowestoft store.Wednesday 29th June 2022
