Devasted by the service. One of your taxi drivers made my mother feel extremely vulnerable by stopping the car, demanding £40 (for a £15 journey) in a middle of a country road traveling a 2 mile journey from Shambala Festival to Arthingworth. - a bully. Would not recommend this service with that taxi driver whoever he is. No amount of money can pay for the RUDENESS of the taxi driver my mother experienced.

After waiting nearly 1 hour when I was told the driver would be 25mins I got a taxi from Rothwell to Oakley Vale and been charged £32!!! Being told that I was charged from him leaving the taxi rank in Market Harborough. I feel completely taken advantage of as a young female on her own - I couldn’t say no because I had already been waiting so long and I had to get back for my daughter before her dad left for work. This journey has cost me £10-£12 every time before now. I’m never using this service again. Disgusting.

Used this firm in September and got charged £25 for a one and and half mile trip from hotel in Desborough one way. The driver was rude when we went out to taxi because he said we were late but he was 30 mins early and we showed him txt to prove it. He told us price after the 10 min journey and said it was because he had to come from Market Harborough !!! Strange thing is we wrote this comment on their Facebook page and all our comments have been removed. Do not use this rip off company.
