My experience of Spencers has been second to none as tenant. Primarily, I've dealt with Sam Cable and Jessica Magnor. Both of them have been quick to respond, courteous, and a credit to the company. We've had a few years in a beautiful flat with fantastic service, and I'll be sad to leave their services when we move out this year. Keep it up guys.

I hope if the system allows me ,I could have given them less than 1 star . They called me 1st time telling that the vendor has accepted your offer via the auction after the highest bidder pulled out. Few minutes later they called again saying sorry we can't proceed with you because the other bidder changed his mind and wanted to carry on buying the property. This is a very explicit example of unprofessionalism. They can't feel the negative psychological impact on me and my family when initially given a hope of buying my first home and in less than few minutes they have denied me that hope. In my opinion they didn't handle my case properly and they should work hard not to deny me the right to proceed buying the property.
