Mary Harvey5 StarI am profoundly deaf and found that when I collected my glasses the fitting was done by Sarah and she was wonderful.
I had to go back and have them adjusted and again the service was impeccable. I strongly recommend Rustington SpecSavers as the staff are all kind and considerate.

David Mound4 StarFor the first time at Specsavers I was disappointed, at first, with my new glasses. When I got my new glasses home, I discovered that the right lens was loose in the frame. Later that day, when wiping the glasses, this lens actually came out of the frame. I returned my glasses to the store the next day and was told that the lens would have to be remade. This took about one and a half weeks. I have had the glasses back for around a week now and, so far, I am very pleased with them. As I said before, this is the first time after many years that I've had a problem with new glasses from Specsavers. I can understand that the manufacturing tolerances must be very tight in order for lenses to fit the frame properly. However, it was quite clear that the right lens of my glasses was loose in the frame and therefore, I can't help being surprised that the glasses passed any quality control and were returned to the store for me to collect in this state.Tuesday 5th April 2022
