Very approachable, helpful, professional, clear and concise staff. Proficient eye tests. Adequate range of frames, although lots of styles are doubled up, and pretty standard. I wish frames companies were more adventurous. I like colourful, bold styles. Staff helped me with the choice of frames.

I popped in to see if I could get an appointment for my son regarding getting contact lenses. The cashier said they were fully booked until middle of may. So I asked to book.him.in after that and I was told no they can't do it and I just need to keep checking online. So I just asked for my son's prescription and I'm off to spend my money elsewhere. Makes me laugh the amount of mail specsavers post through my door advertising yet you don't actually want to keep your customers.

Uaually I am very happy with Specsavers and I intend to continue BUT - Why ask the question and then spell the patient's name wrong. My name is spelled CECILIA NOT Cec e l i a Also I have had a second eye operation since I received my glasses. I am coming over to have them replaced so your question is irrelevant. It is sad that whoever sent the email didnt check my name spelling which is clearly in my email address. I am sad to moan. I don't like to moan. You are all wonderful, most of the time.
