He helped me to get a new frame for my glasses after they had been stepped on. My lenses had been covered in superglue from my failed attempt to fix them myself, and he went and got the superglue off my lenses for me, a task I failed myself.
I’m very happy with my experience today as my glasses were fixed immediately with the help of Jeremiah and he made me feel welcome and comfortable. I can see again now too.

I have used specsavers optician for many years now, and after my recent experience I will not be going back. The staff were rude, they did not acknowledge me at the collection reception, despite having an appointment, the glasses were handed over to me without any customer care or attention . It felt like “you’ve paid for your glasses now off you go, I don’t care if they fit or not, or if you can see”
Shame, this used to be a reputable company who cared about there customers.Friday 22nd September 2023
