Went to the shop on the way home from work, checking reduced items and buying some red bull, cash a scratch card as well as buy a new one. He took the items, scanned and then asked for the money, while I held out the ticket, took the money and put through the till. And as I said I wanted to cash out the card, he said "well you could have done that at the same time as your items, now I have go through again." And I apologized, saying sorry but can I also get some of these tickets too. He then took time putting the ticket through, and opened the till to give me the money. But forgot about the cards, I said I wanted more but he said" it's too late now, I've opened the till, why do you have to come and make us faff about when I'm trying to close." But after a second, he got me the tickets, I paid and was leaving. I hoped it was at least the end of a long shift for him, but still, he could have kept his rudeness to complain with colleagues or himself and not directly at the customer. His attitude was terrible for customer service. He didn't check if that was everything I wanted too, which was probably the biggest issue causing him added frustration. Also, it wasn't near to closing, the closing time was 8pm and it had barely gone 7pm, the store was only mildly busy, his coworker had little to do too till everyone was gone and time was up. TL:DR The man who served me was an older bloke, with a fairly grey beard, quite tall. And he was rude and condescending

If I could give 0 stars for customer service I would do. I must say all the youngsters that work there were lovely to deal with but the older bloke that we was told was called Phil was nothing but rude. On both occasions where we wanted cash back you would have thought the money was coming out of his own pocket. All I can say is if you don't like people then you really shouldn't be working on a Holiday Park where familys are there to enjoy themselves.

Clean and tidy. Lots of alcohol for sale rather than useful stuff. For a seasonal place it is ok. As it is on a camping site, more camping/ caravanning gear like jubilee clips would be great. It may be better stocked in full season rather than at the beginning, as there were quite a lot of empty shelves and closes at 6pm. No cash machine anywhere on the site, so cash could only be obtained through cashback, so limited to shop opening times.
