I'm impressed they had a £1 mixed fruit pack, as well as a bunch of vegan options for quick snacks. That's much better than you get at most spas. Staff were a bit grumpy and wouldn't wait for me to get my card out of my purse before hurrying me along.

Went to see if I could send off a parcel but didn’t have a QR code but would’ve happily printed off one. Refused to serve me and just said “well, if you don’t have a QR code or anything we can’t do it” in the rudest manner. Customer service and manners are clearly non-existent. Not sure who employed these two old ladies behind the till but my God, are they unnecessarily rude! You’re better off going elsewhere.

Rude staff, poor attitude. Refused to accept my evri parcel. Lazy, arrogant and entitled. Its perfectly wrapped, and not over the weight limit! Wouldn’t trust them to look after your parcel before it’s collected. Wish I had checked the reviews before heading down. Laughable!

Cashier forced me to pay for a coffee I did not order but a previous guy, but the machine made it when I came to the machine. Awful service, avoid this place.
